A suite of tunes that rank among Rob's own favourites, and mine too. It's a suite of organic and quite squelchy tunes, mirroring the various organic processes being modelled in the game. Although I love tunes one and two (the ones in the above MIDI file - I apologise for my earlier MIDI of this tune, which was, quite frankly, disappointing), I also loved the very squelchy tune 4. Some of Rob's most underrated work.

The days of bizarre computer gaming plots are now over, sadly, but this ancient artefact of a C64 classic remains a cult hit. As Gerry the Germ, you would infect people in six levels of mayhem. As Gerry looked cute, what we wanted was some cute and bouncy tunes, and of course with Rob Hubbard we got them too. The first theme on playing the game was really good, with a warbled background, classic Hubbard drums and bassline and a vibrato led main voice that did the job rather well. Luckily, Rob wrote each tune with a level from the game based in mind, so we can tie up the stomachpherics (sic) rather well.
