Impressive game, impressive music, although I only ever played the Zzap demo. Nice weapons, beautiful parallax.
The music especially was a very meaty piece of work. This version of the
high score tune is from Markus Klinge (Count Floyd), and is bouncy bouncy ftang ftang
(nudge nudge). Markus wrote the XG conversion: I tweaked it so it sounds
slightly-less-than-crappy on the AWE. Not that I've got anything against the AWE - it
features heavily on the album in a sampling capacity, and I've found the "Synth Brass
1" patch to be very useful.
