The high score medley is the same combined "Commando High Score" and "Monty High Score" deal as on the Commando page. The MPEG High Score Medley is exactly the same as the XG version, and is well worth downloading if you haven't got an XG and want to hear it properly C64-ised.
BTW: Listen to the theme music from "Dick Barton special agent" if you can. Then listen to this. Think a while!
(For those who don't know the "Dick Barton" music, it's the
music that plays when the Spanish Inquisition are on the bus at the end of the famous
"Monty Python" show).. hehe Monty Python, I just got that!

After the success of Hubbard's soundtrack to Thing On A Spring, Gremlin
wanted another soundtrack to fit the third game in the Monty Mole series. As Monty was, of
course, on the run in this game, it needed to be a furious panic-led rush with the
emphasis purely on wanting to escape. The fast and funky drums and unobtrusive bassline
play host to a multitude of instrumentation to sum up the game's mood, such as a violin,
played superbly at high pitch, a banjoesque guitar, accordion part, and just lots more
besides. This tune was also remixed for the game 'Impossamole' and you can tell Hubbard
did NOT do it, as the remix was awful. (Chris note: Bazza Leitch did it: and even he's
apologetic!)
