A game for the terminally brainy... The music on this game was the first most of us heard from Fred Gray: I, personally, had never heard music like this before. It was smooth, uplifting, mysterious and ethereal. I was emotionally moved by this music. Part of the reason, I think, was that it had an original chord sequence that was different to the normal C minor-Bb-Ab-C minor sequence that a lot of other composers were getting into. Real music - from a real musician.
The MPEG3 presented here improved on the MIDI in terms of general mixing
and clarity: this is a piece that NEEDS an analog drumkit and good FX. The MIDI is also
worth a download, and has been remixed since it was last presented.
